Topic: Misappropriation of money and human resources in the German public education system

Proposal

In the last 60 value is the German education system a big problem, because the value isn't rising .
Today is the level of education lower than ever before in Germany, what the PISA(*1) is show us in their study.
We Germans get lazy of learning, a reason for that could be our system of education and it's classification.
After elementary school(Grundschule) the education system will splits the students into three different schools.
Hauptschule: 9 years of studying, bad chances for a job, bad education, most of students don't finish school.
Realschule: 10 years of studying, chances on a normal job, can get into the a higher school by having nearly only A's, normal education.
The government have to change this issues fast before the german education is on a lowpoint where it can;t get up anymore.
When the student's break up school to early they have nearly no chances of getting a job and so the state have to pay them Hartz IV without getting any money back because the people don,t pay taxes anymore.
So our state dosen't get only dumb it get also poor.
I want propose that we change the whole education system, we dont splitt the classes anymore on their level of learning.
We splitt them in Prfiles where they can educate themselfes in the area where the student's later want work.
It is possibel to change the Profile from for example Language to Science after every semester.

...wenn positiv dann aber richtig von engagierten Lehrern die es wirklich verdienen als "Lehrer" bezeichnet zu werden,...

...if something is positiv than really positiv, the teacher in the German educationsystem are real teacher they know what they are doing and talking,...

2) Both Articles are correct but I dont think that the guys who write this articles are for the german education system.
They just try to make the image of our education system better inside of Germany, thats real articles and for a real article isn't it a good argument that the teacher in Germany are.
Also isn't it hard to get 6 more points in PISA.
My opinion to these articles is that the German government just gave an article to these magazin and tell them to print it and the other one is from a mother that just like the teachers in the school of her children.

A reason for that could be that they try to put the Haup.- and Realschule together and splitt the Gymnasium into Profiles.
But that is not enough, we make just a bigger group of normal to bad students, we need all students on one level to solve all our problems and to get on a higher rate in PISA.
I thinkthe teacher argumentis true, all teacher that i had in Germany were super smart, I think it;s because of the old education system.
If you compare student's from 30 years ago and student's from our present you will see that there are more smart student's 30 years ago.

The German education system

Whoever has been to Germany and went to school there knows something really went wrong with the
German education system, there are three different schools that are sorted by the level of learning and
if you compare these three schools in one city, you will see there are more students in the lower
schools than in the higher school. The next Issue is that schools are chaotic because the system
changed so often in the last years that no teacher no student or the principal know what the whole
system have to look like. In some states like Schleswig-Holstein are the Haupt.- and Realschule now
the Regionalschule, than our Government split the Gymnasium into three parts for the Profile system
and they changed the whole Estimation system from grades from 1(best) to six(worst) into a point
system from 1 (worst) to 15(best). Everybody in Germany knows that this is too many small changes
to change the education and the students in our country. Let’s talk first about the problems that
Germany will endure because of this education system.
Way of a student in the German education system

Elementary school: Takes 4 years and no distribution of students

Gymnasium:
Education on a high level.
After the new Education system distribution into profiles for specific learning.
Takes 13 Years to get diploma for studying.

Realschule:
Education on a normal level by slow learning and no distribution into Profiles.
Takes 10 Years to finish.
By Graduation no Diploma

Regionalschule:
Realschule and Hauptschule together but lower education than in Realschule.
Takes 10 years without Diploma.
Hauptschule: Low and slow education and nearly no chance on a job after school.
Nine years for finishing without diploma

Fachhochschule: School for Realstudents after school to get diploma.

The elementary school takes four years, after that the student’s are divided by their grades. 
You can get into three different kinds of school, there is the Hauptschule(the lowest school),
Realschule(normal  school), Gymnasium(highest school). Students make your school and all is fine
until you try to apply to a higher school where the standard of learning is much higher and efficient,
nobody cares when you are to slow by learning and work usual on a lowlier level. That is a reason
why Germany introduced the Fachhochschule(Gymnasium on a lower level) where you can get the
higher diploma by taking the last years of the school you will take, but on the job market this kind of
diploma doesn’t count, if a company leader had a choice between somebody with Abitur Diploma and
Fachhochschul Diploma he would choose the Abitur student and there is no reason for it. 
There is no different between these Diplomas, it is just that the leader will think that the student with Abitur
Diploma will work with more quality and quantity and brings more money in his pocket. That is not
true because both diplomas have the same level what means after the second year both student’s learn
exactly the same information at the same speed. But this is also a great idea to get from a Realschule
to a College but again no one thought about the Hauptschul students.  After Germany realized that
they are the problem they realized they could put the Real and Hauptschule together and solve the
problem. That’s not true, the students from the Hauptschule will also learn on the same level like
 before because they will have the same teacher like before and the teacher will also teach on the same
level like before what will make no different to before, it will be just more chaos. But Germany made
already the first right step with the new Gymnasium School system; they split it into Profiles where
the students don’t have the normal main subjects Mathematic, German and English. It depends on the
Profile that they can choose, a Science student will for example will have German, Mathematic,
Physic, Biology and Chemistry as main subjects.

The education is also important for the Economy and politic of a state, that’s why the political
problems are a really big issue that has to get solved as fast as possible or Germany will go under. It
works everywhere the same way, as good are your grades, as well are your chances on your dream job
after College. But in Germany it went different; there are nearly no more good educated people
anymore who can make this Job’s. That means for Germany that the qualification of people for
important jobs in Germany goes down. At the moment it is not a big problem but think on our future:
“What government will handle this state?” The biggest Problem is that Germany gets more and more
poor because we pay because of the *Hartz IV system. We pay to people that are too lazy for going to
work, it would be fine if people who really finished school and can’t find a job get this money but
they don’t. The state is spending more and more money that they can live in humane quality and they
don’t give us any money back. For example people who get Hartz IV don’t have to pay taxes like
every citizen in Germany and they do nothing for their money, people on Hartz IV go once a month
into office to look for possible jobs but the most of them will not accept any work when the
government gives them money for free. You will think one solution is “just stop pay the government
stop paying them money.” No, it is not a solution because our homeless rate will rise dramatically
to35%. Before we stop paying them we have to make we have to make sure the next generation has a
better education system and real chances on a job and to get into college. After that we could look atother solutions.

*The Hartz concept is a set of recommendations that resulted from a commission on reforms to the
German labour market in 2002. Named after the head of the commission, Peter Hartz, it went on to
become part of the German government's Agenda 2010 series of reforms, known as Hartz I - Hartz IV.
The reforms of Hartz I - III took place between January 1, 2003, and 2004; Hartz IV beganon January1, 2005.

Many students leave the school too early because they know Germany will pay for them when they
are adults and they are right why they should work when they get all money they need for just going
once a month to an office where they get suggestions for a job that they don't have to take. Germany
gets more and more lazy, the rate of people without work is raising. Already 12% of our population
has no job and the most these 12 % are from the Hauptschule. That is because the most of students
that leave schools earlier are from the Hauptschule because they have low chances at getting a job.
When we don't change the education system we have to make more jobs for students from the
Hauptschule that our economy will not crash.

In the last few years our education system changed already a lot because single states saw that we
can't stay alive in this country when our education system fails. But the problem by these changes is
that they are done mostly without thinking what will happen. The changes have positive sides and
 negative sides but it will only help if we make a completely new system for every state that is
everywhere equal because it maybe could later be a problem when the education runs in every state
different, that the change into a college in a other country could be too hard because of the differenttaught information's.
Here are some changes that already happened in the single states:



Splitting the Gymnasium into profiles:

That’s are different Profiles for every main subject that the students can choose, for example student
choose Science and have now the main subjects German, English(they will be in every Profile main
subjects), Biologie, Chemnistrie, Physic(Profile Subjects).These Classes will take morehours a week
than normal classes. Classes like Sport, Geography, and Politics get also taught by a special number ofhours.



Put the Haupt.- and Realschule together:

The new kind of school is called Regionalschule and means a better education for the Hauptstudents
but a worse education for the Realstudents and if you combine this school's it is not possible anymore
to get into a higher level and learn for college. A large problem is to is that the teacher have usual
students that work and learn faster or slower and if you put this schools now together many students
will go under. A solution on this problem could be that we teach the teacher how to teach, that’s means
send them on some meetings where “a teacher for teacher” show them how to teach information in the
right speed and order that nearly every have a pleasant speed for their work.


Get a knew grading system:

It makes no different because the grades aren't the problem it makes no sense to change this system
from a number system from 1(best) to 6(worst) to a 15 point system. It just confuses all involved
students and teachers.


Project Work for Realschule:


The Project Work is a kind Exam where the students can choose a theme and have to write a Work
with diary, comments, practical experiment, and research what is a really big important think that the
students must can. You have to make this Exam at the end of the 10th grade what means that only the
Realschueler and the Guymnasiasten have to make one. I think the Project Work is great idea because
the students get an insight what they are learning and can use the already learned stuff to show that
they are ready for live and the Further Study.

A new teacher system:

I think our old teacher system was fine like before, our biggest problem with our teacher isn’t 
when we use them, it is how we use them some people are teacher in Germany that just 
can’t teach and I talk out of experience. Many teacher don’t interact with the student, they 
just make their presentation and write a test for the end of the week. Then they are surprised 
why there are so many students take a bad test. It is the same thing like in the topic 
“Regionalschule” we have to teach how to  teach, that is one of the most important thinks 
that are to do. Also there are many teachers that are a lot of young students that finished 
learning and can’t find a job as teacher. Don’t make more work for old the old
teacher, get new teacher and give them the work you will be surprised how much better the 
quality of the stuff that the students learn will be.



Anschreiben aufgrund einer beschwerde an dem deutschen Schulsystem.

Sehr geehrte Frau Schavan,
Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher dass sie dies sehr sehr oft zu hoeren bekommen aber wegen eines Schulprojektes war ich gezwungen einige reserchen zu unserer momentanen Bildungspolitik durchzufuehren und bin auf folgendes gestossen.
Es ist sicherlich bekannt dass Deutschland nicht sehr gut, sogar schlecht bei den PISA-Studien abgeschnitten haben.
Als dann im letzten Jahr sich die Werte um 6 punkte gebessert haben, haben die veraenderungen an den Schulen wie zum Beispiel die Einfuehrung der Regionalschulen anstatt der Haupt- und Realschulen, was einerseits eine sehr gute Idee war da die groesste Population in den Hauptschulen liegt und diese eher gefoerdert werden.
Doch die Realschueler wurden dabei total unterfordert und verschlechter ihre Chancen auf ihre Hochschulreife (Abitur) oder Hochschulreife.
Man sieht das dieses system nur Chancen fuer die Hauptschueler aufbringt allerdings muessen wir alle unsere Schichten an Schuelern versorgen und Foedern.
Darum muessen wir das komplette Schulsystem neuschreiben, Ich verstehe dass dies ein wenig radikal klingt allerdings ist dies von noeten denn wenn so weiterarbeiten und unsere Bildung so vernachlaessigen “verdummt” Deutschland und dabei muessen sie auch an die Zukunft denken denn stellen sie sich Deutschland vor mit ungebildeten Politikern vor die Ihre entscheidungen nicht nach Logik und dem Wohlergehen des deutschen Volkes treffen sondern nur zu ihren Gunsten Handeln.
Es waere Chaos in Deutschland, ode rein weiteres Scenario waere dass die NPD in 20 Jahren an die macht kommt weil Unser Volk nicht genug wissen von der Vergangenheit und der Gegenwart hat, und wir wissen wer nichts von diesen kennt ist nicht gewappnet fuer die Zukunft.
Nicht nur unsere Politik wirt untergehen diese Beispiele gelten genauso fuer unsere Wirtschaft und mit diesem schreiben moechte ich nicht sagen dass das komplette Deutschland in 20 Jahren nur von “Idioten” bewohnt wird, sondern dass der Teil von dem deutschen Volk der weiss was es tut nicht in der Lage sein wird zu handeln da sie in der Unterzahl sein werden.
Ich legte ihne einigen in englisch verfasste Informationen zu meiner Resserche bei und hoffe dass ich bei ihnen nicht auf taube Ohren gestossen bin.
